Eagle Road
As to the settlements with Territory, Cummings, and Tarka please click the button above to read everything related to those settlements and about how to file a claim and exercise your rights. You will have until May 30, 2023, to file your claim as to those three settlements. Also, know that if you file a timely claim as to Eagle Road (by December 29, 2022), that claim will automatically be applied to the Territory, Cummings and Tarka settlements and you will not have to refile your claim again.
